I apologize for the hot water issue; it has been rectified. Our pool is closely monitored and tested 6 times daily to ensure it meets the standards laid down by our local Health Unit. We strive to encourage young hockey players and their parents to observe this. It begins at 10pm and unfortunately there were a few overexcited stragglers moving back to their own rooms. It was around midnight when guests in rooms near to yours began calling us to request the noise be kept down. We tried knocking on your door, calling the room & calling your cellphone. We could not reach you so we thought it best to contact the police in case there was something preventing you responding. We do need to ensure all guests have a comfortable and restful night's sleep.
