Our room was huge!! The water park area was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and being next door to the gondolas to the mountain top amusement park was a big plus!

This property was very close to the attractions we came to Glenwood for. Its right next-door to the Glenwood caverns adventure park and 5 min away from Iron Mountain hot Springs. The staff was not very friendly, and the water park they have is for very young children. All in all, we did have a great time in Glenwood!

For the most part all was good. We dealt with at least five different staff and all were pleasant and helpful. We ended up having to walk the farthest (4th floor, elevator on the complete opposite of the the room) and the designated handicap parking was not very close to the front door.

Rooms were ordinary, staff was ordinary. The hotel itself is pretty nice, the indoor pool and hot tub are nice, gameroom could use some updating. It's literally next door to the gondola, and a few blocks from shopping/dining. I'd recommend it if you have kids that enjoy pools/gamerooms
