We chose The Marlene to stay while we were in town for two days during our son's surgery, and it was perfect. They greeted our son by name when we arrived and were always checking in on how he was doing. We stayed in the Cottage and loved it. It felt like the property was ours. "Our first time in Houston and wanted somewhere central to make walking around the are easier. The staff are great, the room is huge and the views from the rooftop pool are amazing. We found it was easy walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants plus the theatre district is very close. If I’m back in Houston I will definitely stay here again."
