Quick, friendly check-in. Our three-bedroom apartment had plenty of space for the family, and the in-room amenities were perfectly adequate. The room itself is a little tired stained carpets, marked furniture and walls in need of a repaint but it still suited our needs comfortably. The location is excellent, close to dining and shops, and the pool is a good size and very clean. Overall, a good stay and we’d happily return.

Everything was perfect, especially Jamie on Reception. After a long day behind the wheel she was super courteous, clear with instructions and made me feel relaxed. Nothing was problem for her and even gave me some local advice on where to get food/drinks etc. The room was super clean and tidy

Great property, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and well presented. Cooking and clothes washing facilities. Good location, within walking distance to food options and the East Shore parklands. Nice pool and bbq area, secure parking.

The Property was in a great location to the main street and restaurants etc. Booking was easy online with Wot-if and check in was very professional. Unit was the two bedroom style and very clean and tidy. :}

Stay was pretty good. Rooms weren't that clean and the drains stunk but staff did give us a diffuser to drown out the smell.. House keeping staff were nice. And they let us check out at 12... If bedding was cleaner I wouldn't have a problem staying therw again

New year visit

An email was sent to us but as we had already left home we did not receive it and consequently did not know where to get the keys from. Luckily there was someone else getting their keys and I asked if there was one for Gowman and they said yes. The bottom of the shower curtains were dirty and there were dirt spots on the carpet. The room was spacious and so we had plenty of room to move around. The bed was comfortable.

The property was not well stocked. We had no dish cloth or any way to wash dishes or clean kitchen. No oven mitts, had to use a bathroom towel. The desk lamp was broken and sagging down. The patio had obviously not been cleaned and had a thick layer of soot on all the patio furniture. Hot tub was cold. Not great value for price unfortunately.

The staff prior to and on check in were good and easy to deal with. The room was a disgrace. The carpets look filthy & are stained. The leather (gross) couch is extremely worn and the surface flaking off. This room is for 4 people but there are only 3 seats in front of the tv. There is limited kitchenware for food preparation. I am unsure if the apartment was actually cleaned as there was hair all over the balcony, there were used dirty tissues between the bedside table and the bed in the smaller bedroom. We were not provided the correct amount of towels in the room. When one of our party when down to ask they were accused of not looking and had the customer service person talking to them while eating their breakfast and with a mouthful of food and blaming the house keeping staff. We also didn't hear from the house keeping staff our entire stay nor did they ever provide housekeeping while we were out, even after reporting the filth found in the room. There was also no apology for this or attempt to fix/clean it. They advertise that there is daily housekeeping. There was a concern with payment at checkin. We were told the best way is to just book direct & also it's the cheapest. We booked WOTIF because it stated QB. Their website & other booking sites state DB beds We actually had more like 1 DB which was comfy and one KG which was hard as a rock. It was also cheaper through WOTIF. We would not stay here again. Poor impression of G/stone for our out of town guests.

No air conditioning in any room worked property, very uncomfortable sleep cause couldn’t get room cooled down. No txt sent for checkin, had to call multiple times, and the smell of garbage throughout building was to the point of being unbearable. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
