"We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience. "

"Must call phone at desk for staff. Out of yogurt for breakfast , staff said too crowded to fill it. Wall Paint color chips in bathroom. Fitness needs disinfectant wipes and water. Remodel missing some trim in bathroom "

"Staff were great and the place was clean, but that’s where the positive review ends. It’s clear no maintenance had been done in decades. There were holes in the wall, the tub was torn up, the HVAC unit was broken, there were multiple unidentified stains, etc. I don’t expect much out a $55 room, but I definitely expect more than this."
