"Place was magical. Incredible views, architecture, service, food, etc. Rooms were huge and were cleaned daily, as well as towels replaced. The free breakfast was amazing, and Irene was always so attentive. Perfect place to stay and relax. Could not have been better."

"We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. The rooms were great - good size, comfortable bed, air con worked really well and large, powerful shower. Lovely pool, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a towel voucher...

"We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation."

"Very nice boutique hotel, wonderful breakfast, nice people at the front desk. Be aware that the pool close early and opens very late, if you want to swim before going out to explore, may be a different place would be better."

"Great location to airport but very dated and although its a 10-15 minute walk from the airport there are no pavements and its a national speed limit road so dont walk even though Google maps has a walking option"

"Really the best place to stay in Besalú. Nice clean rooms that have everything you need with a helpful staff that are multilingual (much appreciated)! Breakfast is there if you need it and they have a good selection."

"The staff was good. The room was cleaned but too noisy from the heater. Also the ventilation fan in the toilet also noisy. Some light bulbs in the room were malfunction. Breakfast were ok. The front part-rooms of the hotel had no views at all. The back side room had better views. There were street free parking 50 meters from the hotel. "
