"The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool...

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with the pool. I was a little unsure if the pool would be big enough for our two children (6 and 9) but it was plenty big enough for them to play in whilst having the main pool area for a bit of extra splash. Rooms are large and spacious and the gardens maintained beautifully. The staff are extremely attentive and always aimed to help. We didn’t have any real issues that needed resolving so I’m not sure how they’d deal with this but it’s better to not need to...

"The power and water supply not stable some time during the stay. They got it recovered quite soon once reported. The staff was very helpful. If u r in rush in morning, you may preorder the breakfast the day before."
