The hotel has an older, dated feel, but it delivers exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, the service friendly, and the breakfast perfectly adequate to start the day. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the main station and several good local restaurants. Not flashy, but dependable, comfortable, and good value overall.

Everything is good, near JR and Meitetsu. And it’s easy to find restaurants and bars at night.

I originally booked for 4 nights stay and was able to extend for another few nights. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. It was only a short walk to the train and bus stations and lots of dining options nearby. If in the area, I definitely stay there again.

The first step into the lobby gave a great first impression-clean, very nicely decorated and it smells great! The staff spoke very little English but did their best and were very helpful. It was very helpful to us to have someone to translate. Also, very helpful to have a translate app on the phone. The area is very close to the train and bus station so it is easy to get to other places. By train, it is a little over an hour from the Nagoya airport. There is a whole dining area an easy walk from the hotel and several small shops just around the corner from the hotel. the rooms are large compared to other places we have stayed and everything very clean. Breakfast is an adventure having both Western and Japanese type breakfast items-all very tasty. It can get repetitive if you are there for more than a few days but it’s not for you, there is a McDonald’s about a block away. Overall, a very nice stay.

I did not partake in the breakfast as there was a Sukiya 10m from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious, even Ethernet cable was provided for laptops. You get new water and towels every day which seems like overkill but is appreciated

The hotel's location is very convenient, being very close to the JR station. However, its neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated. The hotel is also a bit aged. That is why the room cannot be cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel staff, however, are very friendly and helpful. This can make up for what is lacking in cleanliness

The room was spacious and i love it, comfy bed. Kinda old style room but good, although the aircon is not functioning right.. But, I think they really have to improved the breakfast buffet setting.. i mean it was bad. When we came there is no even plates, spoons forks cup & glass to use.. we have to wait for 5-10mins.. Foods are almost gone, staffs are panicking.. poor services we've been on different hotels breakfast buffet but this place will leave you speechless.. they really have to do something about that..

otel's location is excellent, being just a few minutes' walk from JR Gifu Station, making it very convenient for exploring both Gifu and nearby cities. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. Although the rooms are compact, they are well designed and offer great value for money.

Two blocks from the train station and the bus terminals, very easy to take a day-trip. The hotel is big and the room is spacious, much large than a typical Japanese hotel's. It is in the area with many restaurants.
