Nice hotel for sleepover

Just needed a sleepover, so did not utilize much of the things at the hotel, and did not even get breakfast since I had to leave early. The hotel was OK, not worn but not state of the art. The service was good, and it was clean.

Hôtel à éviter

Odeur de poisson dans le hall. Chambre avec moquette sale, tachée. Cadres aux murs décrochés laissant la marque. Il était écrit 4 x lits simples. Ce sont au final 2 x lits de 140 cm. Il fait très chaud et n'est mis à disposition qu'un ventilateur qu'il faut réenclencher toutes les 2 heures! Au moment de déposer les clés le matin, personne à la réception.

Fint lille hotel m god beliggenhed og betjening.

Fint lille hotel med yderst venlig betjening. Da der ikke var restaurant, fik vi anbefalet en restaurant af hotellet. Det viste sig at være et super valg. Les Griottes i Gevrey-chambertin. 20min pr fod og 5-6 min i bil m parkering i nærheden. Selve byen G-C er meget charmerende!

Hotel de charme

Accueil très chaleureux, accompagnement jusque dans la chambre. Tout le personnel souriant et sympathique. Hotel de charme, grande chambre rustique, bonne literie, salle de bain avec baignoire. Au chapitre des regrets, la taille de l’ecran TV, le cryptage de canal plus (étonnant pour un hotel 4 étoiles) et un réseau wifi sur lequel je n’ai pas réussi à me connecter. Petit déjeuner copieux dans un beau décors.

Close to town centre

Warm welcome from staff and around 10 mins walk from the very pretty town of Gevrey Chambertin. Make sure you visit the caves and museum of Philippe Le Clerc and try the delicious wines.

Hotel Arts et Teroirs

Virginia at the main desk was very, very sweet. Everyone spoke both English and French. The staff was very helpful in directing us to local sites. The town, of course, is small and quaint, though the hotel is on the main road (D974). Ask for a room facing the garden. The hotel is old but well-kept.

Great refuge in the middle of France

This hotel proved to be a great break on our way home from the South of France. Gevry is a beautiful village, surrounded by lovely vineyards and scenery. The hotel staff are fantastic and the breakfast and wines are first class. A thoroughly recommended stopover.

Pretty location in heart of Burgundy wine village

No air conditioning in room. Since hotel is on the town main road, opening windows for ventilation meant a noisy night's sleep. Disappointingly no tea and coffee making facilities in room. Only one restaurant in village but a nice 15 minute walk from hotel. This was a good standard. Hotel staff will book this for you. Convenient parking in front of hotel. Do buy pastries for breakfast from local bakery instead of paying for expensive hotel breakfast.
