"Stayed here for a nearby conference. It is in a very convenient location and the room was reasonably large. The construction is cheap. I could hear running water and people closing the blinds in the neighboring rooms. The shower water knob was falling apart and it was hard to to get the water going and to regulate the water temperature. "

"One night stay. Room was clean and spacious. Valet parking was a bit expensive but overall very good stay."

"We had an incredible experience and completely enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and the accommodations were fantastic. My only call out would be the lack of TV technology. No access to streaming services and or phone mirroring was noted. However, the food at the restaurant, the entire staff were so kind, warm and helpful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but The Watergate. "

"Everything was great except 2 things. We arrived later in the evening and when we got to our room there was no soap in the bathroom (on sink) and due to the timing no maid service to get some from. Secondly, and most importantly, the HVAC system is incredibly loud! It sounded like an airplane reviving up for takeoff. We were exhausted and finally got to sleep but it woke us up during the night when it went on. "

"For the price, I’d say this was good stay! We didn’t expect to be in our room that much so we settled for whatever was in a good range of activities and the metro. The area is good if you don’t mind a little noise here and there from GW frats. The staff was absolutely amazing and held the door and said good morning and good afternoon which is rare for most hotels I’ve stayed at. The TV didn’t have streaming services which was expected but just a heads up! We had issues with our toilet as well but they fixed it immediately! Another note is that the chair we had in our room was stained so we tried not to use it. "
