"When we arrived the room was a brisk 20C. I set the thermostat at 24C, on "heat" mode. Nothing changed. Called the front desk, they sent up maintenance. After much fiddling with Google translate, he told me it was set correctly and "it just takes time". 12 hours latter, it was still 20C. When I sneezed in the room, it snowed! There was also a very strong chemical smell. If you have chemical sensitivities, I would avoid this hotel."

You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there. "
