Perfect low-cost alternative near airport. Possible to walk wit small luggage, otherwise a taxi is 12 euro. Some nice budget cost restaurants with Ligurian food on the streets nearby.

Hotel Serafino
Great value for the price we paid! Staff friendly, breakfast good, room basic but very clean. Location not fantastic but was possible to get around Genova and the surrounding area fairly easily.

This place needs a serious make-over!
The lobby area was very dirty and run-down. The outside looked very "dumpy", which it was. For the price we paid, I expected much, much more. A coat of paint on the whole place is definitely in order. The room my parents had smelled of mold and smoke. They requested another room which they received. The beds were fine and the bathroom was clean. Our TV didn't work. At night I was awoken by a drunk woman in one of the rooms yelling at whoever she was sharing the room wiht. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but just five minutes up the road you can stay at a Holiday Inn Genova, for cheaper and MUCH better accomodations, althought you're on your own for breakfast. Breakfast was surprisingly good at Serafino and very complete. The cappucinos were a nice treat.

Correct : bon rapport qualité prix
Salle de bain refaite à neuf, encore des efforts à prévoir dans la rénovation de la chambre : mobilier désuet et un volet à la fenêtre serait apprécié.

Má experiência.
O quarto era bastante quente e não tinha ar condicionado, portanto a solução foi dormir com a janela aberta, já que a ventoinha não era suficiente. A rua tinha muito movimento (bar e restautante no res-do-chão e feira a partir das 6h), logo, com a janela aberta foi impossível dormir. Hotel sem estacionamento. O pior de tudo foi quando estávamos a pedir o café, no início do pequeno almoço, fomos interrompidos pelo funcionário a indicar que a nossa reserva não tinha pequeno almoço incluído. Tivemos de deixar o pequeno almoço e ir à recepção mostrar a nossa reserva, quando, mesmo assim, o funcionário alegou que pelo preço que pagamos, não podíamos ter pequeno almoço incluído. No final, o funcionário deu-nos razão. Depois do constrangimento, do café frio. Pão do pequeno almoço não era do dia. Funcionários pouco simpáticos.

Extremt slitet hotell och kändes smutsigt och ofräscht. Tack och lov var sängkläderna rena och det fanns fungerande AC och wifi. Men skulle inte vilja bo här mer än en natt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist um 5km Luftlinie falsch angegeben. Gebucht wurde ein Dreibettzimmer, bekommen hat man ein Zweibettzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist veraltetet und die Matratzen der Betten sind so alt, sodass man die Federn im Rücken merkt. Personal ist zwar nett, dennoch spricht das Personal so gut wie kein Wort Englisch. Lage ist katastrophal, laute Straße und trotz Corona bis in die späte Nacht eine Lautstärke, trotz geschlossener Fenster, die einem Basar gleicht. Die Türen der Zimmer sind extrem Luftempfindlich, sodass bei jedem öffnen und schließen das gesamte Zimmer rappelt. Extrem hellhörige Zimmer und unangenehme Zimmernachbarn welche entweder schreien, Möbel verrücken, oder die Türen permanent knallen. Der Preis ist leider keineswegs gerechtfertigt, genauso wie die anderen guten Bewertungen. English translation: The location of the hotel is wrongly indicated by 5 km as the crow flies. A triple room was booked, you got a twin room. The equipment is outdated and the mattresses of the beds are so old that you can notice the feathers in your back. Staff is nice, but the staff speaks almost no word of English. Location is catastrophic, loud street and despite Corona until late at night a volume, despite closed windows, which resembles a bazaar. The doors of the rooms are extremely air-sensitive, so that everyone opens and closes the entire room. Extremely bright rooms and unpleasant room neighbors who either scream, move furniture, or the doors are constantly poping.

Camere sporche, non hanno rispettato la rooming richiesta (abbiamo chiesto due doppie e ci son state date due matrimoniali con due brandine), inoltre il parcheggio che mi avevano assicurato fosse chiuso era in un cortile interno comunicante con altre abitazioni, quindi non ad uso esclusivo dell'albergo, dettagli che sarebbe stato fondamentale sapere.

Slechte naam maar valt mee
Veel slechte dingen gelezen en het was idd geen beste buurt maar de eigenaar is midden in de nacht speciaal opgestaan voor ons. Ontbijt was prima geen hilton maar goed genoeg voor 1 of 2 nachten

Helt ok hotell för genompasserande
Sov en natt här på väg från La Spezia till Rivieran med vår motorcykel, hotellet erbjöd inga direkta sensationer men det var rent och ordentligt. Helt klart ett hotell som jag hade använt fler gånger för enstaka övernattningar. Dock inget för längre vistelser då området kanske inte är det bästa, en bra bit från centrum och ute i ett hamnområde med allt vad det innebär av diverse ljusskygga individer :) Var dock aldrig orolig för att parkera motorcykeln där. Parkering kan förresten vara ett problem för bilburna!

Poco prezzo, quartiere periferico...non c'è successo nulla ma vedendo i tipi che si aggiravano fuori c'era da aver paura. Soggiornato per il torneo di footgolf ad arenzano, lche è raggiungibile in meno di mezz'ora. Staff cordiale, colazione povera ma decente.

HOTEL SERAFINO : assez loin du centre ville
L'hôtel est correct mais loin du centre ville ce qui pose un problème le dimanche si on est pas véhiculé, 1 train pas heure et peu de bus, et les taxis sont chers 20 euros la course dans Gêne intramuros.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione decentrata e zona non delle migliori. Ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Stanze pulite, ottimi servizi (acqua calda, asciugacapelli a disposizione funzionante e tv), colazione ricca come quantità e qualità per essere un 2 stelle. Di certo se non fosse per la zona sarebbe all'altezza di qualche 3 stelle.
