I understand the frustration caused by the heat in the room.In Switzerland, regulations prohibit the simultaneous operation of heating and air conditioning in hotels. Heating was likely active during your stay, and the control panel in the room should have allowed adjustment or deactivation of the heating system. It's possible that the thermostat was set to 28 degrees, but it should have been adjustable to a more comfortable temperature.However, it's our responsibility to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests.
