NOISY

The stay is quite uncomfortable since the neighborhood noise was too much. There is annongoing party and the guard told me that it will end by 3 AM. Can't sleep much because of the noise

Other hotels in the area are better and less money

No ice, and no refrigerator. NO ice container. Our first room had a black floor. Cannot see the dirt, changed rooms. In sufficient hot water. Don;t recommend this hotel.

Not good..

This hotel is special. Check-in was fast and we were met by kind employees in the reception. Breakfast was simple, and some hot food was cold and we needed to ask for dishes, spoons etc. The room was dark with noisy aircon. No bathroom tissues (!) and no hot water in the bathroom (!). However it was fixed after a call to the reception. But do they check the room when making the room ready for next guest? I don't think so. Two coffee cups but no electric kettle, so how to make hot water? We stayed for two night. They didn't make the room before 2nd day. Check if new towels were needed or new cups, drinking water etc. The rooms really need an update. Room service too.

The place is conveniently located very near the malls and we availed of the salon and massage services which are just in the hotel. It has a convenience store at the ground level and the Caffep shop also made food accessible but the breakfast buffet has very limited choices. The place and room is clean and linen changed daily. Generally service is good but we just found out that the telephone needs to be cleaned and disinfected as it smelled bad. The place is remarkably safe and quiet too despite the seemingly casual setup of the rooms. I would recommend it to friends.

Affordable Gensan Hotel

The room was just ok but could have been better. Facility esp the gym was outdated. Treadmill and other equipment lacked the cleaning they deserve. Staff were friendly and willing to assist.
