"It is not a four star hotel. Few amenities in the rooms, if any. No fridge, no mini-bar, no coffee making facility in the room; no comfortable seating in the room. Some staff were great, others were miserable. The internet was okay, TV okay, food was pretty good. They advertise laundry services but they should advertise, "Laundry available hit and miss". "The room smelled horrible like piss, because of that we deed not sleep well at all, the curtains had holes en so deed the bed, the hotel is very poorly Maintained, de carpets true out the hotel are very dirty, I accidentally took an accessible room and it was not possible to change it.
