Good sleep. I asked for late checkout, and the response was not great. They are not accommodating to late night travelers. This should be reviwed.

Dear Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I would like to apologize about the fact that we were unable to accommodate your late check out request,. However, I would like to inform you that late check-out is given based on availability, and the only reason we would deny a late check-out request is if we did not have any available. Essentially meaning that the maximum number of people that we can allow to check out late had already requested late check-outs, and this is the reason that your request was denied. I do understand your frustration though, and just want to assure you that had it been available we would have been more than happy to accommodate your request. Poor policy
Tuesday after work I got to hotel at 520 power was out they said power will be on at 6. At 630 they said power won’t be on till after 8pm. It was getting Down to 17 degrees and I leave at 5am for work so had to get another hotel and they would not reimburse me for the night

Dear James, I am not quite sure what you are referring to. Our hotel did not experience a power outage on Tuesday. The only time we experienced a power outage was on Monday around 10PM for approximately 3-5 minutes. Several of my staff, myself included, stayed at the hotel both Monday and Tuesday night due to the hard freeze warnings and icy conditions, so that our staff could make it to work safely. Furthermore, after looking into your reservation in our system, the reservation was booked by you online at 6:26PM, and you checked in at 6:38PM. I would like to reiterate that I do not know what you are referring to as I was checked into the hotel on the third floor, personally, at this time, and we absolutely did not experience a power outage. In the event that we do, we always offer free cancellation to our guests if it goes on for an extended amount of time, especially in this type of weather. Regards, Breanna Mayon

The Sleep Inn was great! Plenty of dining options. The only challenge is getting in and out, but it’s close to many dining and shopping options in Gonzales and Prairieville!
We are a business that works out of town constantly. I have been booking rooms for employees for 9 years and in that nine years I have never been so displeased at the service. Tracy at the front desk is extremely rude and has no knowledge. We actually forgave the first problem she gave us and rebooked the rooms the following week and ended up having even more problems. Tracy rather sit and argue with customers then do her job friendly. My workers had to sit in the lobby for an hour why I scrambled both times to fix her problem and both times it turned out to be her fault. We decided to go to a different hotel for the next week and weeks to come.

Dear Shannon, I apologize for the inconveniences your employees faced when checking in. However, I would like to note that the issues you experienced with your reservations were not the fault of the front desk agent working. The employee that checked into those rooms informed the front desk agent that both reservations were under the same name. However, only one reservation was under the name that he provided, while the second reservation was under a different name. This is where the issue arose. She cannot produce a reservation if she is not aware of the name that it is under, especially when adamantly being told that the reservations were under the same name. She called and spoke with me the night that this all occurred, and I even went into a system that only the general manager has access to, to make sure that this was not an issue with our system. But, because the reservation was under a different name and that name was not provided, on top of the fact that we were told that both reservations were under the same name, there was no way for us to know that the reservation belonged to you guys. She allowed the employee to check into the second reservation that was not under his name as a courtesy because he had been waiting for so long to check-in due to these issues. But, he should not have even been allowed to check into that reservation because it was pre-paid through a third party and his name was not on it, and this is against our policies. So, she actually broke the rules in order to accommodate your employees. I was also on the phone with her still when she took you off of hold after speaking with me about the issue, and heard the way you were speaking to her while she was trying to assist you. You began cussing at her and being extremely rude on the phone over an issue that was not her fault. You threatened to have her job. In addition, the other issue from the previous week that you are saying is her fault was also not something that she could possibly be held responsible for.She could not find the reservations the previous week because the wrong dates had been booked through a third party and they were trying to check-in on a day that the reservations were not booked for. She could not find the reservations that night because they were not booked for that night. On both counts, she handled the situation the best that she could, with the information that she was being provided by your employees, who were not aware that the reservations were booked on the incorrect date in the first incident, or that the second reservation had been booked under a different name in the second incident. While I do empathize with your employees, and we never want our guests waiting that long to be able to check-in, I hope that you can understand that this was not her fault, as she can only work with the information she is given. My brief stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The combination of a satisfying hot breakfast, comfortable accommodations, and a clean environment made it stand out from other options in its category. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable overnight experience.
Very clean hotel with a very good breakfast offering. My one complaint is that people were smoking in non-smoking rooms plus watching tv starting around 3:15am and lasted until about 4:45am. (I’m a severe asthmatic.) A real shame as otherwise I have nothing negative to say, literally the rest is very positive.
