The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the breakfast was good. I didn't try dinner, but that was an option. The only flaw was that the curtains in my room didn't cover much, so the light filtered in in the morning, leaving little privacy.

Wonderful farm stay in the Tuscan countryside

Amazing stay in the countryside in Tuscany! Tucked away down some dirt roads was this beautiful property. We only stayed for one night and wish we could've stayed for longer. There was a good variety of food at breakfast and the bed was really comfortable. Free parking is available - it's quite difficult to reach the property without a car! The owner was really kind and gave us lots of recommendations for the best swimming spots and restaurants in nearby areas. We also needed to check-in early and he was able to organise this for us. My partner and I would love to stay again and would definitely recommend.

Good rooms and environment but unfair owner

Booked in the website for the same night and called the owner to confirm that it was ok. He told me that I had made a mistake and that the it was booked for the next day night, not same day. He was right so I asked him if he could change it for the same day but he said he had no available rooms (??) so I told him that I would try to modify it and solve it with the website. I called hotels.com and they told me that the booking I had done was non-remboursable (it was the only option for that hôtel) and that they could give me back the money only if the owner agreed to it. They called him and he said that he would apply the policy, if we cancelled no reimbursement so he would keep the money. Finally we didn't cancel (it was around 100 eur) and we went to the hotel the next day. There was NOBODY there to do the check-in. Then a girl who hires one of the nearby appartements appeared and told us that the owners where not there and that nobody was expected so for her we had no room. She called the owner and they told her that we had cancelled the booking (not true). Finally the girl told us that there was a room ready and the hour for breakfast. The lady that served the breakfast was friendly and educated. Very rude unprofessional attitude from the owner. Fine, comfortable spacious room in a calm, nice environment, cozy garden with lots of animals around (cats, dogs, donkeys) good for a relaxing time away from noise and tourist.

Vielen Dank für dieses besondere Erlebnis! Wir haben nur wenige Stunden vor der Anlunft gebucht, dennoch waren die Gastgeber sehr bemüht und unglaublich freundlich. Wunderschön gelegen, rustikal aber sehr sauber und ausgestattet mit dem, was man braucht, liebevolles Frühstück. Die Tiere haben uns alle begrüßt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Immersi nella natura, camera molto bella

Un posto davvero bello ed incredibile. Sei in mezzo alla natura incontaminata e lontano dal caos e dalla confusione. Massa Marittima e' a soli 25 minuti di macchina e quindi facile da raggiungere. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Camera molto bella, ben curata.

Bel agriturismo posizionato nel cuore della maremma; vicino a spiagge bellissime come calaviolina, lo si raggiunge al termine di una strada sterrata che fa si che la notte non ci sia assolutamente viavai di veicoli, a garanzia di silenziosità. Buona gestione da parte dei proprietari, gentili e disponibili. camere ampie e pulite; molto ampio anche il bagno (davvero bella doccia per due persone. la colazione non prevede una ampia scelta, ma i prodotti sono buoni. In definitiva ci tornerei sicuramente
