The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Gavernie. It is a simple hostel style place. Nothing extravagant but a clean and comfortable place that is well priced.

Bedsit experience with very basic facilities

Like a DIY bedsit, with broken tiles, bunk beds and generally bad bathroom and room facilities. Only had one electric socket! Very basic and only good thing was availability / location in the mountain. Restaurant was closed, if not non-existent, and the 8/10 reviews are unbelievable based on our actual experience. Fortunately, there was a decent pizza place in the village, which was busy.

Venue pour une nuit avec mon fils, nous avons été très bien accueillis pour les gérants de l'hôtel. Nous avons également bien apprécié le buffet du petit-déjeuner.

Sencillo y aceptable para una noche

La atención fue muy correcta. Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, pero la ubicación es muy buena en pleno centro del pueblo. El baño tenía problemas para hacer su función. Las vistas desde la habitación son bonitas.

C’est un hôtel qu’on pourrait dire vieillot mais qui a tout son charme… un retour dans les années 80’s type colo de vacances… les équipements vont avec ! Les gérants sont adorables, bienveillants et ont répondu à toutes nos attentes. L’emplacement est idéal pour démarrer les randos du cirque de Gavarnie, facile d’accès et pour se garer.

Es un albergue no un hotel

El Les Cimes es un alojamiento que no debería tener la calificación de hotel. No se si es un albergue, hostel, u otra cosa pero no es un hotel. La recepción sólo está atendida 4 horas al día, no disponiendo de ningún otro sistema para registrase y poder acceder por primera vez. Lo cual hace que condiciones la hora de llegada a su conveniencia. Encuentras las sábanas encima de la cama y tienes que ser tú mismo quien vista la cama. Nunca vi eso en un hotel. Por la mañana cuando arreglan las habitaciones encuentras los pasillos y escalera a oscuras y con las sábanas retiradas por el suelo. Tienes que pisarlas o rodearlas. En el baño solo hay un pequeño sobre de gel por persona que apenas alcanza para una ducha. Lavarse la cara al día siguiente no está contemplado. Carece de cortinas o persianas, apenas hay enchufes en la habitación. Aparte está muy viejo y las tuberías suenan por la noche. No atienden el teléfono, lo que resulta inaceptable ya que la recepción está cerrada 20 horas al día.
