"I was actually unable to stay out the property due to the fact that the front desk is never occupied. I showed up at 3:15 and waited for 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up and nobody answered the phone. I have asked for a refund and have yet to receive it because customer service says they need to talk to the person at the front desk. I have called customer service twice and they have advised that they have also been unable to reach anybody at the front desk. "

"Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night on the road."
