Les fraudeurs avaient toute l'information de cette réservation spécifique entre leurs mains et j'ai été harcelée par téléphone et courriel pendant plusieurs jours. J'ai communiqué avec l'établissement, qui m'a demandé de leur soumettre l'adresse de l'arnaqueur. Ils ont alors annulé ma réservation (payée à l'avance) sans m'aviser, et ma réservation était toujours active dans l'appli Expedia....
