Highly recommended!! I think the hotel marketing team didnt describe all the lovely things to surprise the guests. Once we checked in, my kids were jumping around the room. We loved the kids items in the room, a huge digital art wall, a kids’ portable audio for bedtime story, a massage chair and a king sized sealy matress and comfortable bedding. We would definitely come back to the room when it is not too busy season. We stayed New year’s day so the waiting time for Check in and elevator wasnt pleasure.

部屋から海岸が見渡せる大型リゾートホテル。チェックインが・・恐ろしいほど時間がかかる（整理券を先ずはもらい、待つこと40分以上。自動チェックイン機械もあるが、外国人？には使えなかった）。インフィニティープールが夜にはクラブ化して・・うるさい。ラウンジは安いビアガーデンの料理。スタッフはほぼ日本語は通じません。部屋から見える海はきれいです。

컨시어즈서비스 완전만족

강릉 강문해변 근처에 있어요. 체크인은 키오스크로 했어요 주차는 발레를 했는데 짐내려주고 나중에 방으로 가져다주고 퇴실할때 짐 내려서 실어주는 컨시어즈 서비스 아주 만족했어요 호텔 부대업장인 강문주막 가성비 괜찮고 맛있었어요. 골져스파셜오션은 반은 바다 반은 경포호수뷰.좋더라구요

호텔 컨디션은 좋고 다들 친절했으나, 호텔 객실이 너무 많아서 투숙객이 몇천명인지 너무 많은사람이 한번에 몰리고 엘리베이터는 열몇대가 있다는데도 한번탈려면 최소 10분은 기다려야함. 가족들이 욕을욕을 함. 엘리베이터를 짝수 홀수 구분을해서 운영을 하던지 뭔가 개선이 필요한듯.

전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋으나 3시부터 체크인인데 키오스크 체크인기 3대중 2대가 작동오류, 유인 체크인은 대기 걸어 놨더니 네 시 다되어 체크인하라고 알림옴.. 대형에 성수기 감안하면 사람 많은거 이해하지만, 키오스크 작동확인도 안해놓고 3시까지 사람 줄세워놓고 체크인시키는건 너무 관리소흘로밖에 보이지 않음.
