"The staff were polite although not all spoke English and this was tricky on my first day dealing with a late check in. I was saved by an English speaking family who were on the ball with their translating app and so, like them, I left my luggage and went for a walk about. The hotel is minutes away from the subway, a huge hypermarket and coffee shops and food shops. To get to the airport there is a direct train which takes less than 10/15 minutes - if unlike me, you have a good sense of geography - yes, I went in the opposite direction. The room was clean, large double bed, mini fridge, bathroom was adequate but the water got everywhere as there was no shower screen. NO NOTICE about the use of toilet paper (like Turkey) - so, I embarrassed myself by blocking it on the first day... not how you might be thinking ..... I used dispersible cleaning wipes to clean the loo before I did anything else. The loos are all singing, all dancing loos. There is a sensor on the seat that warms up and then flushes for you. I believe it has a few other 'actions' ... I did not investigate. I cannot remember if breakfast was an option when I booked but when you go out the back of the hotel through the car park there is a 24/7 shop where I bought pastries OR Starbucks 3 mins going towards the subway OR the Coffeebean shop 3 mins going away from the subway and the hotel."

"Nice, basic hotel room with great access to the airport. Convenient for what it is. There is a shuttle to the hotel from the T2 high speed metro stop, so after the train there are no fees to get to the airport. There's a small convenience store in the hotel along with the bar. Breakfast available as well. A minor inconvenience was that the laundry facilities were cash-only but they did not have an ATM, only a currency exchange."

"The men at the desk went out of their way to help me with such things as how to switch on the a/c and directions to Starbucks and to the subways. The location of the hotel is great, among some excellent restaurants and close to the subway station to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The subway is easier than taxi to airport. A 4minutewalk, buy your ticket from an English speaking machine, and take the airport terminal 1 or 2 exit(clearly marked). Cost about $2."

"The language barrier was a little bit of an issue, but a Translate app helped it and the staff were patient. The breakfast option which was open, we are first till 24 hours (but on my last day I had a gentleman from the front desk told me I couldn’t have a slice of cheese at about 8 o’clock at night) - was it delightful edition toast, but you can make sandwiches ham, lettuce, cheese, slicers, Ramen, and breakfast cereals with juices. They also had a self serve washer dryer, and they provided the liquid detergent"

"Mega casino resort like a mini city near the airport. The ocean room was quiet and comfortable but not much an ocean view. Booked thinking the Waterpark was included with the room but wasn’t. The check in staff seemed a bit snooty. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay before or after a flight for a short rest and relaxation. But very far from Seoul. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient."

"From the Incheon Airport, it took 25 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi. Otherwise, the ocean view is amazing and everything was clean. The receptionist was not so helpful, but that is a minor point. If staying overnight for connecting flights, this is recommended. We spent a day in Seoul."
