Hello,Federico sorry for any inconvenience we understand it was cold the day of your arrival but during the inspection before renting the room we kept heater on low just so when you enter in the room it will be slightly warm and we also provided additional portable heater and offered you for room change which was warm also you never said anything about room cleanliness room was inspected it was clean only issue you had was cold also if you showed little patience for room get warm rather than insulting and rude with front desk person which he tried everything to make your stay happy.Thanks

Hello Shoshana Grossman,Thank you for staying with us we have microwave in our office common area for all the register guest we never had such issues like you had before and we would have happily guide you for anything if you requested during your stay. Also we have sofa bed in only premium room you had two double bed sofa bed dont fit in that room.Thanks

Hello Judy,Sorry for any inconvenience happened during your stay you had 4 booking for deluxe king room which has single person jetted tub in washroom we never had such complain in any of our deluxe room before and we should have happily upgraded to premium room if it was available but didn't heard anything during your stay. We respect and value our all customer during your stay if you asked for anything we definitely helped you out instead of threatening falsely to our front desk person.Thanks
