Very good service from the staff! Always smiling and doing everything to make you feel welcome. The hotel is a outdated but it was clean with great location with access to the beach.

Hotel in Baia Verde

The hotel is a standard 3 star hotel. The room assigned was fine, although I could not open the window. At time it was rather noisy as the main clientele was of teenagers. Cleanliness is of good standard. The breakfast was good with homemade cakes of high quality, the service by the waiting staff was friendly and excellent.

- Property: located in a strategic position close to the Baia Verde beaches. Some of them have an agreement with the hotel so one can get an umbrella sun with a discount. The area is quite noisy due to many young tourists, so having earplugs may save your sleep. - Room: average setup inline with the expectations, but with a very small bathroom which seemed to be stuck in the 1980s and with very few amenities. - Staff: super helpful and friendly, if there were a reason for coming back it would be because of them.

Beach was 3 min walk from hotel and we were 8 min drive from Gallipoli, there were a few coffee and snack restaurants close by. Hotel room were clean breakfast was great and employees were very nice

Dusche war defekt & hatte ein leck wo wasser rauskam so dass as ganze Bad nass wurde. Trotz mehrmaligen melden, wurde nichts gemacht! Über uns wurde bis in die frühen Morgenstunden Party gemacht auf dem Balkon.. sehr laur. Auch hier tritz meldung wurde nicht unternommen! Nichts mit nachtruhe …

Hotel perfetto, ottima posizione.

Hotel è basico ma carino, materassi comodi e colazione davvero Top. Personale molto gentile e molto vicino al mare, hanno anche una convenzione con un lido, lido Bikini. La pulizia non è proprio da 10 ma gli standard di noi italiani sono molto alti :)

Ho scelto la struttura per la vista panoramica e per la vicinanza agli stabilimenti balneari migliori di Baia Verde. All' arrivo ho riscontrato subito competenza e precisione in Carla , che mi ha fatto il check in. La camera era grande e con il balcone con vista mare , proprio come l' avevo vista dal sito. Pulizie ottime. La colazione , servita al 5° piano con vista sulla Baia , completa sìa di dolci che di preparazioni salate. Ma soprattutto è servita dal sorriso , la cortesia e disponibilità di Alessandro e Terry. Infine , con altrettanto piacere , dedico una menzione per Mariangela che svolge il proprio lavoro in modo professionale , mettendoci passione.

Il secondo giorno non ci hanno pulito la stanza dato che la loro unica donna delle pulizia non si è sentita bene. Dopo la pulizia della stanza non ci hanno mai lasciato 3 asciugamani ma solamente quello più ampio per la pulizia del corpo. Il wifi nella nostra stanza e nella sala pranzo non era presente. Sarebbe stato gradito toglierci il servizio del secondo giorno sul prezzo finale dato che non c'è stato.

Posizione dell hotel molto buona, colazione soddisfacente e spiaggie meravigliose. Purtroppo pero la vista mare e il balconcino visto in foto non sono state mantenute e ho avuto un problema con formiche in camera, asciugamani di cortesia mancanti, caldaia in blocco che mi ha costretto ad una doccia fredda al secondo giorno. Il personale della reception molto cordiale, preparato e Gentile.
