Do not use if travelling with a car.

This B&B is located in the very heart of historical center of Gallipoli and within a walking distance to everything important. It has no lift but a lot of stairs. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The property is not reachable by car (you will need to walk with your luggage at least 150 metres) and has NO parking, even though the property info on hotels.com says that "it is available". We ended up parking 1km away from this place.

Trevligt och stort boende med bra sociala ytor. Kommunikation på engelska mycket dålig och fick ingen introduktion till boendet. Svårt att hitta parkering på den allmänna parkeringen vissa tider på dagen (mot kostnad)

The property was located in the historic district - close to everything, to the shops, restaurants and to the beach. If you are diving to Gallipoli - make sure you park the car by the port (free parking) before you drive into the historic district to avoid a fine as it is restricted to residents only - if you drove onto the island, tell the hotel so that they can notify the authorities that you are a hotel guest. Otherwise the staff was fabulous, the breakfast was very nice on the roof with a great view, best breakfast pastries !!

Centre of Galipoli

Our accommodation Dimora San Vincenzo was really spacious and every amenity we needed was available. The B&B was also well located close to the buzzing centre of the old town. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Luxe verblijf in Gallipolli

Het inchecken viel wat tegen.ik had lastminute een luxe appartement geboekt en kreeg een gewone kamer. Toen in de man van de receptie daarop attent maakte heeft hij wel wel het prachtige appartement gegeven. Voor de rest was alles naar wens. Ontbijt ook heel goed.

This place is absolutely outstanding. We lived at the Terrazza. 2 floor apartment with rooftop terrasse where the oceanview is 280° . We only stayed 2 persons but the apartment had space for 8 persons. wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

We were 2 friends travelling in Apulia and spent 2 days in Gallipoli, from where we could reach beautiful beaches. This place was perfectly located, with friendly staff, and simple but comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop was very relaxing.

Ottimo alloggio per posizione, prezzo, qualità

Perfetta. Nel borgo vecchio, palazzo vecchio ristrutturato. Camera enorme, bellissima, bagno grande, asciugamani morbidi. Noi eravamo in bicicletta e abbiamo potuto lasciare le bici all'interno. Abbiamo passato due giorni splendidi in giro per Gallipoli vecchia.

Qualità e prezzo al top!

Se cercate una sistemazione nel cuore del centro storico non dovete cercare altrove. La dimora San Vincenzo è semplicemente perfetta. Le camere sono ampie (e la "Margherita" che mi è stata assegnata è tra le più piccole ma ci stavamo, in due, benissimo!), i letti confortevoli, gli infissi (porta d'accesso e finestra) molto ben isolanti e la colazione è abbondante e sufficientemente varia. Persino il distributore automatico di bevande calde eroga cappuccini di qualità. Se poi avete la fortuna di beccare una bella giornata, iniziarla con un caffè sulla terrazza panoramica è esaltante. Molto cordiali sia alla reception (Alessandro) sia chi si occupa delle pulizie, Ciliegina sulla torta: il wi-fi (gratuito) era molto veloce. Sorpresa "top": ingresso omaggio (escluso luglio e agosto) al noto lido Samsara. Il fatto che lì non siano il massimo della cortesia non dipende certo da questo fantastico B&B... Il solo, unico, difetto, è comune a tutti i centri storici del mondo: guidare e cercare parcheggio qui è impresa ardua. Con 5 euro potrete concordare il servizio dei calessini (apecar decorati) da e per i parcheggi esterni al centro storico.

Super accueil, parking simple sur le port à 300m du B&B. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, dès que j'y peux j'y retourne !!
