"Friendly host and great place to stay. "

"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "Unique was the Terrasse… wonderful view on the village and surroundings"

"The only problem we had was a little miscommunication, but Stefani & Roberto did everything they could to accommodate us. I would definitely stay there again. If you want something relaxing and out of the way you will enjoy staying here. It was a wonderful break between Venice & Rome."

"Very nice hotel."

"Classic B&B!"

"Great stay."

"Very friendly staff, clean room, free parking available."

"Lovely place! Beautiful grounds and buildings. The kindest and most welcoming owners. Very delicious array of homemade pastries, breads, and other breakfast items. "

"Very clean room. The kitchen well equipped. Parking just in front of the b&b. Great wine tasting at Poggio ai Laghi in Monteriggioni that is from the same owner. Simone was an excellent sommelier that made our experience unique"

"The location was perfect, easy walk from parking and easy walk to all the sites. The check in is completely online and there are no onsite staff. If you message the staff are responsive. The bedroom was great and cool, although no air on. The shared bathroom was large, but shower could have been better cleaned and maintained. Although the name suggests it is a bed & breakfast, there is no breakfast included, however, there are plenty of cafes just downstairs."

"Great central location, just 5 mins from Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Groceries nearby. Finding the free parking was tricky and access v tight, but worked well and seemed safe. We didn't dare drive into ZTL (though it would have been free access) so a 15 min walk up steep cobbled streets with roller bag). We overcame and had a great time. Delightful dinners on the Piazza del Campo"
