La désinvolture et mauvais comportement du réceptionniste. Pour un grand hôtel nous avons dû porter nos valises. Pas de communication. Heureusement le réceptionniste a été changé le dernier jour et c’était mieux. Par contre l’hôtel dispose d’une très grande piscine. Les repas sont très moyens. Bref je ne recommanderai pas
