I travelled Fuzhou for two days, i lived in this hotel for one night. it has very very very friendly staff, and very very very high class room equipments. Yes, i high recomand it.

it is amazing stay. It was made better with Jack cai extreme detail service. Will definitely visit again

Rude staff to check the room around 2AM due to their false smoke detector. And they refuse to offer any discount for the sleepless night.

Elegant hotel, big room with comfy bed, friendly front desk staff, wide selection of delicious breakfast items, superb location with mega mall a stone throw away. Worth the $. Will definitely be back! Travellers, look no further, this is the best choice!
We stayed in a suite this time, room service was wonderful. However, I have requested non smoking room at the time of booking. And was allocated with a smoking room.

We have already discussed it with Front Office Department in order to solve the issues. Besides, our training department has already scheduled training to improve our services.

It was disappointed that the room we stayed was supposed to be a non smoking room. However, the cigarette smell is everywhere, even the on pillows and quilts.
There are cigarette smells inside the lift and lobby.

Lovely hotel but needs more English speaking staff
Really lovely hotel and the top management were a pleasure, but the hotel staff will need alot of training to bring them to Kempinski standards.
