At Property during low season (April) so most places were closed. Dining options are better at the marina close by. Staff is very nice and helpful but communication is slow via email or Expedia messages. If you are coming by train, make sure to make arrangements for transportation before hand as it was pretty desolate. The marina close by has options for shopping and delicious restaurants.

À ne pas refaire ! En arrivant bel accueil rien à redire mais en arrivant dans notre chambre nous découvrons que nous sommes dans un studio sans jardin et sans machine à laver. Je retrouve ma réservation et je vois effectivement que j’avais réservé un appartement avec un jardin et machine à laver. J’avais bien vu le type d’appartement quand j’ai réservé sur un internet, j’ai donc décidé de retourner à l’accueil pour comprendre. La réceptionniste nous explique que j’ai réservé une « vue sur jardin » n’importe quoi. Elle nous prend pour des imbéciles et nous dit que je n’ai pas compris ce que j’ai réservé. Elle n’a apparemment rien à me proposer d’autres. Nous montrons notre mécontentement et au bout de 5min incroyable : un appartement avec jardin et machine est disponible, nous avons l’impression d’être pris pour des imbéciles !! Nous arrivons dans la nouvelle maison avec jardin : une saleté incroyable ! Humidité sur tous les murs, volets cassés dans la chambre, le gaz qui ne fonctionne pas ! Comment se faire au manger ? Nous avions une petite plaque induction qui ne portait pas à ébullition, salle de bain sale, les murs remplis de traces, des moustiques écrasés, du noir sur les murs ! Une honte ! Nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité, il y avait énormément de bruits : musique très forte à partir de 20h jusqu’à tard dans la nuit ! On entend les voisins, la totale ! Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel ! C’était Inadmissible, j'espère vraiment recevoir un mail de l’hôtel : explication

Esperienza nel suo complesso positiva, il sito si trova immerso nel verde di Portorosa a due passi da Furnari con la possibilità di arrivare in spiaggia anche a piedi. Nel villaggio si trova tutto quello che serve per una rilassante vacanza, andrebbero ristrutturati i bagni e alcuni servizi in camera. Si dovrebbero modificare gli orari dell'animazione specialmente durante la pausa pranzo e dare la possibilità di conferire nell'isola ecologica i rifiuti anche al mattino.Ottima accoglienza del personale della reception.

Personale gentilissimo, posto molto carino, monolocale pulito e bellissima spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi. Ma... non posso dare una valutazione più alta, e mi dispiace, perché il letto in un posto dove vai prima di tutto per dormire, è fondamentale. Il nostro era un esilissimo e bassissimo letto ricavato da armadio a muro, dove le doghe andavano continuamente fuori binari, insomma... assai scadente. Anche l'aria condizionata insufficiente. für uns war es perfekt

Wir waren im Baia dei Delphini Ende September. Es war schon sehr ruhig im gesamten Areal des Hafens, ich glaube wir waren fast die einzigen Touristen im Hotel und am Strand sowieso. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, man merkt, dass es nicht mehr ganz neu ist, aber es war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Wir konnten uns sogar einen Fön kostenlos ausleihen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück dabei, deshalb kann ich hier keine Angaben dazu machen. Der Chef persönlich hat uns am Abend abgeholt, da wir erst gegen 23 Uhr angekommen sind. Die Formalitäten konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Der Mitarbeiter, den wir gesehen haben, war sehr freundlich und bemüht, konnte allerdings kein Englisch und wir zu wenig Italienisch, aber es gibt ja auch eine Dolmetsch-App :-D Alles in allem war es für Perfekt - für unseren Badeurlaub mit etwas Sightseeing!

Viaggio con Famiglia, prima settimana di Agosto

Bella la location, monolocale attrezzato di tutto con una splendida e riservata terrazza, per raggiungere la spiaggia (che è uno spettacolo) puoi andare a piedi o approfittare del servizio di bus gratuito interno! Personale gentilissimo e accogliente.. Insomma si sta veramente bene, ho passato una settimana con moglie e bimbo di due anni appena e ci siamo rilassati e divertiti, ci tornerò sicuramente!
