Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

"We arrived on site 10/10/26 around 3pm to plenty of parking (you pay when you’re done with your stay and is added to your bill). The property is well maintained and very pleasing to the senses. A lot of unsupervised children running around so use caution. You need to park to check in as the front canopy area is reserved for the shuttles to the park. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to check in. Unfortunately there is no bell hop service but you can get a luggage cart if you leave your license as security deposit. The property is quite big so be prepared to possibly walk a bit to your room; I broke a sweat as we were on the 3rd floor northwest corner. At the time, there was only 1 elevator operating in the north corridor and is very small. The rooms are definitely roomy. The amenities are good but spendy(it’s a resort). There is a shop/deli near the lobby for light snacks and misc toiletries/remedies. The breakfast buffet in the morning is spendy and there is a regular breakfast menu as well. It’s good if you’re a heavy breakfast person; I am not so I opted for an English Muffin and poached egg with sausage approx $ 13.00. There are dinners with themed buffet options. We indulged on the South of the Border night; not very good options. A meal for 3; breakfast or dinner is roughly 80.00; again, resort prices. We spent 3 nights; very comfortable. We have an Autistic son and he seemed happy. Would we stay again, YES!! The shuttle is a great service as well. Included."

"Staying at the QM is an experience. The ship is old, so there aren't the same amenities as in a modern hotel, but that is part of the charm. We visited during an unprecedented heat wave, but the staff were quick to get us a fan. Cool place full of history!"

"The front desk staff were all young adults as they lacked customer service. They were not attentive and when I asked a question they never even bothered to look up at me. They seemed almost bothered that the guests were even there. We needed a last minute stay for a wedding so this hotel was fine with such short notice. I would not choose to stay here again with all the other choices in the area."

Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

"The rooms are spacious and clean. A few signs of wear and tear which is normal but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The front desk agents are friendly and the guest experience agents are kind and helpful. Having a store on property makes it convient to get drinks, coffee and food. I do wish there was a easier way to communicate before arriving on property for things like late check in services. Overall a fantastic experience."
