"Despite the beautiful location of the hotel, the staff and facilities were unfortunately very uninviting. No amenities were given and everything had to be bought at an extra cost. Additionally the hotel bar did not have change so you had to pay with the exact amount if you wanted to get a drink. Finally, the room itself was decent, felt clean but unfortunately the futons were extremely uncomfortable (and I sleep on Japanese futon very often). "วิวไม่สวย(แถวนั้นไม่มีอะไร) ห้องกลางๆ ออนเซน มีแยกหลายที่ แต่หายากมาก ดูสวย และน่าพักน้อยกว่าในรูปถ่ายค่อนข้างมาก ถ้าจะแช่ออนเซน แนะนำให้ไปแช่ ที่outdoorข้างๆ ได้บรรยากาศกว่า อาหารเย็นและเช้ากินได้ รสชาติธรรมดา ห้องน้ำในห้องไม่มี ห้องน้ำส่วนกลางก็น้อยเหลือเกิน ห้องน้ำผู้ชายอยุ่ข้างล่าง เวลากลางคืนลงไปเข้า ก็เกรงใจ ห้องอื่น เพราะเวลาเดิน พื้นจะมีเสียงครับ โดยรวมก็กลางๆ ไม่ได้แย่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ประทับใจครับ"
