"Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Wir hatten ein etwas abgewohntes Zimmer zur Schnellstraße raus. Somit leider sehr laut. Das Bad war sauber aber könnte modernisiert werden. Nach dem duschen von vier Personen schwamm das ganze Bad. Das Frühstück war Standard und ausbaufähig. Pluspunkt der kostenlose Parkplatz und sehr guter, freundlicher Service vom Personal. Fußläufig ist man schnell in der Stadt."

"This is a gorgeous property! We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and had a fabulous time. Although our hotel room was in the older wing of the hotel, the room was in outstanding condition and spotless. The staff and the food/beverage options are also great! "I was in a small but very clean room number 262. The big problem with this room was the bar was below it and outside area where people smoked and the smell of smoke drifted in to the room even though the window was closed. I thought the smoking would stop but at 2 AM there were still people down there being loud and smoking combined that with another guest who had a dog that literally never stopped barking until very late in the evening and then started barking again before 7am. "The hotel has an amazing spa and good beds, but the service is flat or nonexistent and the rooms could use an update. Especially the mold in bathroom. As other guests comment: the amount of add ons and lack of basic amenities (coffee/snacks throughout day, more varied food options, room amenities) was a turn off. Parking is badly designed and I feel awful for the older/less mobile as they navigate to/from hotel with belongings. There also seems to be a lack of staff. Finally, I tried multiple...
