"I want to express my disgust regarding a recent stay at your Wyndham property in Fresno. Unfortunately, the condition of both the room and overall property fell far below acceptable standards.
The room appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible mold in the bathroom, cracks in the sink, and the shower did not drain properly. The provided shampoo bottles were unclean, with visible residue and buildup. The bed linens were wrinkled, stained, and did not appear freshly laundered.
Additionally, the carpet throughout the room had multiple visible stains and hardened spots, and it felt unclean underfoot. The pillows and mattress were heavily worn and had an unpleasant odor.
The issues extended beyond the room. The hot tub was out of service, the surrounding gate showed signs of rust, and there were what appeared to be maintenance materials stored near the pool area. The pool furniture was also in poor condition and unclean.
Overall, the property gave the impression of long-term neglect, raising concerns about cleanliness and basic upkeep standards.
