Check in and out service was fast and pleasant. However first room given, mattress was broken and floor and bathroom was very sticky and filthy. Second room, broken mirror (no problem, since there was another one), but refrigerator doors, tables and counters filthy. I Lysol and clean down everything that housecleaning should have done. Good check in and check out service with office but poor cleaning crew that doesn’t care about sanitary

my favorite Motel 6 to stay when I am in Fresno love the staff ladies in the front are great easy to get along with check-in is amazing. Check out is great. Rooms are clean efficient. The property is kept up. There’s on site security you feel safe. I love it

Never Again

Arrived extremely tired, check in process was quick. They gave us a room on 2nd floor..beware no elevator so you have to use stairs. The room was filthy and everything was broken from smoke alarm to light cover. We asked for a room on first floor and he said there were no more rooms. We stayed 4 nights and made it work but if i had a choice, i would've left and booked elsewhere.

The shower pressure is low. And it takes a “while” for the water to get hot! The tile floor in my room has not been mopped in a while! So stain your socks if they’re white. Fortunately mine are gray. But if you walk on the floor barefoot your feet will get nasty! So I keep a wet washcloth by the bed to wash my feet with before getting into bed. The pool is nice! Staff is friendly. The microwave didn’t work the first night I was here the next morning they came and switched it out. There was also some guy playing music really loud outside in his vehicle around 1am! Fortunately they have security guards who got them to stop!

One of my favorite motel sixes I have to admit stay there for quite some time they’re friendly if there’s any issues or problems they are taken care of in an efficient manner. I really appreciate them the great girl in the office. Amazing. Amazing I love their staff all of their staff is just friendly they greet you as soon as they see you they say hello very friendly environment him I would stay again definitely recommend everybody definitely definitely for sure today if you’re looking for the price to be right comfortable that’s what she needs definitely this is for you.

Disgusting & very very disappointing. All the room had dirty bedding or burn holes in the sheets. Surrounding area was very sketchy. They didn’t even have coffee because the machine stayed broken & no hospitality to get it fixed. Had to complain to Expedia, only then they brought clean sheets & towels. Thumbs down
