The staff is very friendly and accommodating. As others have commented, the carpeting could be replaced in some areas. The pool was a little chilly this time of year and the gym is very basic. The hot tub was not working. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had perfectly scrambled eggs.

Property was dirty. It was poorly maintained. Even the stair rails were filthy. One good point to mention is how nice the staff was to deal with. Always willing to help at a any moment of need.

The staff in the front desk when we arrived was really nice! But I was so disappointed when walking in the room it smelled so bad!. It was supposed to be a none smoking room but smelled like if someone was smoking right next to me!

Location was good right off Highway 99 and across the street from Forestiere Underground Gardens. Hot tub was dirty and there were roaches running around the pool area that had no outdoor lightening. The downstairs hallway was dirty. Room was clean and very spacious.

You get what you pay for. We were hoping to use the pool but it was dirty and looked a little extra green. Check in was good and easy ladies in front were nice and helpful. Later in the night a guy was in the front desk and he kinda had an attitude when I asked for something, all good. The room was dirty, left over cup and lid on the windowsill. Bathroom was also dirty and desk had a oily residue. We cleaned the room and only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was a let down. Drink machine out of order and food tray area looked messy.
