Our stay was comfortable but the only thing we had trouble with was the location of the elevator was never found. Its not clear wwhere it is located. As a couple of seniors its hard to walk long distance or climb stairs so elevator was priority but not accessed.
The room was clean, spacious, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.

Could not use the shower beacuse they had a leak and housekeeping keept interuping our stay in our room waking us early. Horrible experience

My room was dirty, e.g., so much hair from previous guests in the tub that it wouldn't drain. Security & management had to bust into the room next door, which led to an angry, unwanted guest, getting physical with the security guard. There were several motorcycles revving their bikes late at night & early morning, right outside our door. I would not recommend stayting there.

Elevator not working.Had to walk to completely opposite end of hotel then back again just to get to room. Room lock defective. Place literally stinks. As I walked in to check in, the only employee at the front desk was just sitting on the phone with some customer and had me waiting for a while, just to give me the bad news. I am absolutely angry that I had to pay for a room in such a ghetto place, not to mention the hoodrats just hanging out, smoking in the balcony. I thought I was getting at least a decent clean place to sleep. The La Quinta name has gone down the drain in this place. What a dump!!!

The room feels dark and dingy. It might feel lighter and brighter if the wall wasn’t painted dark purple and there was light through the one window. Whomever they hired to paint should be replaced. There is paint splattered all over the floor and drops on the refrigerator. This is my first time in a La Quinta and it will definitely be my last. The neighbors got home around 2am and have been partying next door all night. It’s now 6:30am. I just want to get out of here.

Customers are very rude when they get up in the morning they're talking loud standing by your door they don't know if you're asleep or up that's one thing it needs to be said please respect your neighbors while staying here other than that no problem

The toilet smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the rooms were a little outdated. The noise coming from people walking and talking loudly in the halls at about 2:30 AM felt like they were right in the room with us. Though I will say that the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful during our stay.

1st day for breakfast hot gravy was brought out but the biscuits were frozen. Within an hour there was no meat or eggs.
2nd day very early there were no meat or eggs.
There was plenty of bread for toast and waffle mix. Only one coffee caraft that emptied quickly.
