"Outstanding water pressure! Quiet, friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet PTAC unit, nice mini fridge with working freezer. Very nicely kept over all."
"This place is lovely!! The rooms are spacious and clean. There are chairs and a table to sit outside...and indoor pool and a hot tub!
The staff was so friendly and courteous. The complimentary breakfast and evening cookies we delicious. There was hot coffee/tea and water available anytime. We will be back!!"
"We love to stay at this location because the property and rooms are kept very clean. The view will soon be spoiled by the building that is going up across the street in the front of the property. Our air conditioner was very noisy in our room. The staff would not allow 30 more minutes for checkout even though the hotel was not busy. We have stayed here about 4 times and it was a bit disappointing this time."
"We had booked a different hotel, but after we saw the reviews we canceled that one. My wife booked this one. What a beautiful hotel! It was built in the 1800s and they have managed to keep all of its charm over the years. Our room was large and clean and the decor was lovely. The rooms that are not occupied are left open so you may walk around and enjoy the beauty of the place. The lobby is large, with a grand piano present. There is antique furniture throughout. It would have been nice to have some sort of breakfast, but that was not made available. There is coffee brewing in the lobby, but it just regular store bought coffee brewed in a Mr. Coffee. We found a great coffee shop near by. The Broken Grounds Cafe. They offer excellent coffee there. We visited there, had coffee and a delicious muffin. On Sunday, we returned to Broken Grounds Cafe to discover they have church services there Sunday morning at 8 and 10. This saved us a trip down the road to a different church we were going to visit. The music was worshipful and pastor Hershel’s message was spot on. We stayed for both services while enjoyed ore coffee and breakfast food. The Millersburg Hotel is located in the middle of everything downtown. We walked around town. We would stay here again. We were only 30 minutes from Sugarcreek were we went on Saturday evening to see the Play Elijah: Prophet of Fire. The staff was very friendly and Jammie gave us a free up grade, because the room we had booked was not available."
"If you are looking for reasonable, basic, clean, no frills accommodations in the heart of Berlin look no further. They even have a few rooms that accommodate pets for a little more $. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
They provide free breakfast in the morning. A nice selection of items including cereal, oatmeal, bagels, biscuits, donuts and a hot waffle maker & microwaveable premade mini egg omelets and breakfast sandwiches, Great selection of teas, hot coffee, and some juices.
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and will be back."
