"The parking lot was littered with garbage, cigarette butts and didn't look like anyone had did any maintenance or garbage collection for weeks if not months or years. If I could have found a room in another hotel, I would have eaten the cost because of the no refund policies. The room reeked of pot smoke and cheap cleaner but was still filthy. The room was in disrepair and look like it had been furnished with Goodwill throw-outs. I didn't feel safe or comfortable sleeping there."

"The room conditions are poor. There are cigarette burns in the blankets, the room doors aren't floor length approximately half an inch off the ground. The toilet sets do not fit the toilet. The outside of the property is unkept and the guest just hang out outside of the property. The towels are stained, not full sized and the rooms have a smell. "

"Rooms have laminate floors so no nasty carpet to deal with. Rooms were basically clean (I’m very OCD unfortunately). The staff is very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions or concerns "

"Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead of 4 after cleaning my room the first time."
