"The property and décor at The Breeze are stunning—modern, upscale, yet beachy and effortlessly cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom’s rainfall shower had perfect water pressure. Even without a closet, we easily organized our things using the drawers and living room space, and the room still felt spacious. The front patio is large, and the private back patio offers beautiful beach views. Private beach access made getting to the water easy, and the softly lit path at night was a thoughtful touch. The kitchenette was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, and cookware—perfect for simple meals. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. The owners were incredibly kind and even offered us their personal golf cart so our boys could still enjoy riding along the beach. We also had the chance to try Ralph’s shrimp penne pasta one evening, and it was delicious. One night he even had the fire pit going so the boys could make s’mores, which made for a really special memory. The Breeze has a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere, and it’s clear the owners are creating something really special. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay. Bonus: St. Patrick’s weekend happened to fall during our Spring Break, so we also got to enjoy the Surfside parade benefiting first responders—our boys had a blast collecting beads and candy."
