"The breakfast was good and included, I apppreciate that. My room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. My water was very cold in the night and morning. When I told staff about the water they were upset with me. I didn't want anything my stay was quick. So, I didn't understand why they had attitude when I was just informing them I didn't have any warm water. They said that they knew about the issue and that the water heater doesn't reach to the farther rooms. So, I'm thinking if they're aware of this issue why are they booking people back there? The place was empty. Why did they place me in a room they know there's an unresolved issue and then get upset with me for informing them about this issue. My guess is that many people complain about having to shower in very cold water and they are impatient with everyone complaining about it."

"The wifi is terrible in our room. Our room is at the end of the property and there is water coming down from the mountain that creates a muddy parking area in front of the room. The check in staff is not so friendly. The food in the restaurant is great though and there is ample free parking. Nice place to stay if only those amenities are given some upgrades."
