Visited Fredericksburg to see friends and attend the Food and Wine Festival. Town Creek Warren was a great choice as far as location; one block off all the shopping and sites. Very comfortable and clean. The only problem was that there was no signal on the TV. I called the property manager numerous times but never got an answer. Frustrating, as I wanted to watch some college football and other programs in the evening. I even asked the guest next door for help and he couldn't solve the issue either.

Perfect place to stay for Oktoberfest

It was nice and clean and help us enjoy a nice quiet getaway. It was was less than half a mile walk to all kinds of fun stuff to include Oktoberfest, Main Street shopping and restaurants. Couldn't be better located for enjoying all that Fredericksburg has to offer

Weekend Away

From the day of check-in, to checking out, we were thoroughly impressed with our suite, and all that accompanied it. Checking in was a breeze, suite was easy to find, and is situated in an ideal location. As if walking distance to downtown anything wasn't enough of a perk, the owners stocked the fridge, provided snacks, and had any and all bathroom items, readily available. The huge garden tub was added extra luxury, that perfectly complimented the weekend of relaxation. Bravo to the owners for their great attention to detail. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I will be back.

Great getaway

I will definitely see about staying here again. The room had a homey feel and a lot of great touches were added for comfort. Clean, comfortable and affordable. I loved the proximatie to the Main Street shops.
