Great!

Nice hotel in the center of Frankfurt. Spacious room and very clean. We especially liked the balcony. Wanted to stay on the way back but the family room was booked.

ehr freundliches Personal und akurat sauberes Hote

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauberes gepflegtes Hotel, großes Zimmer und selbst bei offenem Fenster am Samstag war schlafen problemlos möglich. Das Frühstück, derzeit Corona bedingt to Go, war super Lösung und hat und einen guten Start in den Tag bereitet. Mittels Bestellformular, kann sich jeder sein gewünschtes Frühstück zusammenstellen und für 8 Euro wirklich gerecht. Das Personal der Rezeption ist unheimlich freundlich. Die Zimmerreinigung sehr akurat. Kurzum , zwar nicht die allerbeste Lage (arabische Szenekneipen) , aber ein super Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen. Wer wie wir, ein Hotel in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes benötigt, dem kann ich wärmstens dieses Hotel empfehlen. (8min Fußweh Hotel-Hbf)

Très bon établissement, rien à redire. Cependant, l'hotel est situé proche de la gare, qui n'est pas très bien fréquentée. Attention à ne pas sortir trop tard la nuit.

Our stay

We booked the hotel for an overnight stay on our way back home and it was perfect for what we needed. Super easy underground parking (17 euros a night), very quick check in and a huge room (though the bathroom could have been a bit bigger). A few blocks from the train station, we would definitely consider staying here if we return.

<방 상태> 방은 조금 좁은편이었지만 매우 깨끗했습니다. 화장실이나 시설들 모두 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. <위치> 프랑크푸르트역에서 도보 가능 거리이긴 한데, 무거운 케리어 끌고 가니까 조금 힘들었어요. 보도가 돌로 깔려있어서 케리어 끌고 가기에 좋은 길은 아니었거든요.

Rude Unfriendly Lady at Reception

After 30hrs of travel from Syd we arrived exhausted at around 8am. Most hotels are happy to check their guests in early if the room is available. We thought if the room wasn’t available we would ask for recommendations for breakfast and sight seeing until check in was possible. While my husband was parking the rental I went to reception and was greeted by an unfriendly lady with the initials BE. I gave her my name and she proceeded to check me in in cold silence. My husband joined me at the desk and we started discussing what time we should check out as our 2 young kids will be jet lagged and up early. At this point BE interjected ‘you’ve arrived 7 hours early will you be checking out at 8?’ I was stunned as we have never been asked to check out early just because we checked in early and out of shocked replied ‘we’re happy to check out whatever time you’d like’. To break the awkward silence that followed I asked whether it was ok for us to park on the street out front to which she replied ‘it changes all the time. I don’t walk the streets everyday just to check’. My husband paid for the tourist tax and I felt she was friendlier towards him. In the lift I asked if he felt like she was friendlier or was I being paranoid and he replied ‘yep she was nicer to me. She’s probably racist’ as I’m of Asian descent and he’s western. The rooms were decent enough but I would not choose to come back. I’d rather pay more just to be treated like a fellow human being sharing the same planet.
