"First, location is primarily important to me bc I have a son at UT Austin and literally walking distance..if you like to walk..OR drive less than 6-7 minutes. Large Clean room, large bathroom, love shower head..nice hot water, breakfast is GREAT. Hot breakfast and cold…I’ve been here 3 times this year and will be back soon. "

"Wonderful stay — clean, comfortable, and great service! The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth with no long waits. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast area is lovely, and our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated the kitchenette with dishes, a dishwasher, fridge, and sink. The blackout and light-filtering shades were perfect for customizing the lighting. "Nice updated boutique hotel with a unique vinyl record player in each guestroom. All the staff were friendly, hallways quiet. Beautiful view of Austin from the rooftop pool & bar area.... only drawback was the odd entrance through the bathroom area for the guestrooms. "
