"I checked the available amenities as having a fitness room is important to me whilst traveling. I was very disappointed to see that the room was tiny and more importantly of the two available machines, the treadmill was not working. On asking when it would be fixed I was advised it had been broken for months and the management did not want to pay to replace it. This is absolutely unacceptable and false advertising for those choosing a hotel based on the information provided. The hotel was very tired and the common areas need modernization. "

"The fan on the room was ridiculously loud. Went on and off about every 2 minutes and sounded like an animal in the room. No working hot tub as advertised. In Indianapolis for the basketball tournament and couldn’t even watch while at the hotel. "
