Ótima recepção e apoio desde a chegada!

A estadia no Hotel Village foi ótima, bem localizado e instalação simples, porém confortável. Meu destaque principal fica pela recepção no check in e depois na finalização do check out, por parte do senhor José Luiz, muito atencioso e prestativo, dando o suporte necessário para que a minha estadia fosse a melhor possível!

Bom, excelente localização para ir para o Paraguai

Hotel bom, limpo, banheiro limpo, café da manhã simples mas o suficiente. Ar gelando. Localização a poucos passoa do terminal de onibus. Não é proximo da av que tem restaurantes, mas o uber sai barato. Gostei.

O hotel é bem simples, camas, roupas de cama, toalha bem simples, mas achei tudo limpinho. So acho que poderiam melhorar a tampa do vaso, é bem antigo. Otimo cafe da mamha, era o suficiente para um bom desjejum, tinha frutas frescas, paes frescos, sucos frescos, era pouca variedade mas tudo fresco e gostoso. O quarto havia ar condicionado e frigobar. Gostei da minha estadia la.

Bom e confortável

Antigo prédio, que foi modernizado, de cinco pavimentos com elevador. Atendimento, limpeza, wi-fi, cama, TV tela led grande com canais abertos, banheiro, frigobar e ar condicionado bons. Garagem subterrânea. O café da manhã tem boa variedade de sucos, frutas e pães. Não vi ovos e só vi salsicha no sábado.

Ingresso barato para Cataratas, Marco e RodaGigant

O hotel é antigo, mobiliário também, mas tem o mínimo de conforto, limpeza em dias e café da manhã agradável apesar de um pouco restrito. Estacionamento apertado mas pode estacionar na porta sem nenhum perigo. Recepcionista José muito simpático e amigável. Na porta tem taxistas, churrascaria, pizzaria e mercado. Tem o letreiro "Eu Amo Foz" para quem curte uma foto. Na porta tem um dos quiosques "TicketLoko" com ingressos oficiais aproximadamente 30% mais baratos para diversos restaurantes e passeios famosos como RodaGigante, Marco das 3 Fronteiras e Cataratas do Iguaçu. Hotel super recomendado com preço justo se comparado com outros da região de Foz.

Expectativa x Realidade

Fiz a reserva para o final de semana, entrei no hotel na sexta após o almoço e sai no domingo na parte da manhã. As fotos não são compatíveis com a realidade, elevador deu problema no sábado, tivemos que utilizar a escada. Garagem horrível, subterrânea, difícil acesso, não tem cimento no estacionamento, somente umas pedras para calçar o chão. Apertado para manobrar. Quarto, colchão de má qualidade, torneira do chuveiro solto, vai abrir o registro da água, sai a torneira na mão. café da manhã razoável, poderia aumentar o horário, hoje é das 07:00 às 09:30hs. Cheiro no quarto de quando fica fechado muito tempo. Fachada do prédio foi reformada, fica bem apresentável, porém o prédio é antigo, não acompanhou a aparência externa.

Antigo e descuidado: a evitar

Apesar dos atendentes na recepção serem bem educados e atenciosos, o hotel é muito mais simples do que dava para entender nas fotos de quando fiz a reserva pela Hotels.com. É um hotel que nos pareceu muito antigo e bem descuidado. O quarto em que ficamos era bem pequeno, a cama de casal bem estreita e desconfortável, somente 2 toalhas de banho disponíveis (toalhas de rosto não foram entregues), TV somente com canais abertos, banheiro bem pequeno e sem secador de cabelo (tem que pedir na recepção quando precisa usar e tem muito poucos aparelhos para um hotel de uns 40 quartos). Único ponto positivo era o chuveiro elétrico, bom. A limpeza também não era um ponto forte (uma barata apareceu subindo pela parede em um dos dias durante nossa estadia). E o café da manhã, com um horário limitado (das 7h às 9h30, somente) era bem fraco, com poucas opções: nem ovos mexidos era oferecido (pedimos para que fosse feito e, apesar de nos ter sido entregue 1 prato, a Sra. fez uma cara bem feia ao ser pedido um 2o. prato de ovos mexidos… foi constrangedor). Pelo valor cobrado, achei bem caro pelo serviço entregue. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Uma decepção total.

hotel horrível , sujo em obras , barulho de obras, poeira quarto velho!! wi-fi que não funcionava solicitei a troca pq sou alérgico segundo hotels. com não tinha disponibilidade o que não era verdade!!! enfim fui embora desse lugar!!! pra nunca mais voltar!!!!! de tanto eu reclamar colocaram panos pra cobrir a poeira!!! agora os moveis ñ podem tomar poeira mas eu hóspede sou obrigado a respirar esse pó????
