Functional but needs some TLC

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

Hotel antigo, sem muita estrutura: no tem roupeiro ou prateleiras para roupas, a roupa de cama é velha, travesseiro com a metade do tamanho do normal, sem possibilidade de pegar a mais na recepção. Não dispõem de bebidas para venda (nem agua) e não tem copo no quarto tbm. A localização e o café são bons.

Ótimo estadia! Equipe das meninas da limpeza são ótimas! Fabiane da limpeza super eficiente! Equipe do café da manhã são ótimas, muito educadas e atenciosas! Os rapazes que atendem na recepção são muito educados, atenciosos! Apenas não achei bom a moça Gabrieli (acho que é este o nome dela) muito nervosa, debochada que em alguns momentos faltou respeito!
