"We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power...

"Arriving onsite, I was met with the charm of a rustic inn. Well positioned and accessible, I enjoyed the numerous walks across the bridge to New Hope to enjoy dining, shopping and the Bucks County Playhouse. There was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly. I loved the fireplace and beverage station in the lobby. I was enchanted by the room key, a large, round disc affixed to a manual key which was rather nostalgic. The room was clean and bright. The fixtures were weathered and perhaps, need a little TLC. I opened the armoire to find the robes and extra blanket at the bottom in bags. That seemed odd. I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room. But, I loved my view of the river and bridge, especially at night. The restaurant was also quaint. The staff there were amazing!! The food was good. I'm sorry I wasn't able to take any back to my room due to no fridge. I got in a lot of steps over my 2-night stay and was pleased with this booking."

"Been using Hotel.com for few years. Their service has gone to 0. My fiancé and I have booked the hotel. Hotel had ants. A lots, Spoke with the Hotel general manager and was advised that to call hotel.com. Hotel.com do not want to hear what I have to say. they’re not helpful at all. I have videos of all the ants. hotel.com is telling me that I have no record of reserving room but yeah I have a credit card receipt charging me a room. Hotel.com is a jokes……"

"I am requesting a full refund for my stay because the hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. When I first entered the room, I noticed one or two ants. However, when I woke up the next morning, I found a large number of ants swarming in my unfinished coffee and around a small coffee spill on the table. The infestation was clearly much worse than it initially appeared. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and filed a complaint. The hotel staff inspected the room, acknowledged the ant problem, and viewed the photographs I took. They advised me to contact Hotels.com directly to request a refund. The hotel has effectively recognized the issue after seeing the evidence. I have photographs documenting the ant infestation and can provide them upon request."

"I was under impressed by this hotel. The pictures make it look great, but it was far from that. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with staff if you were not standing directly in front of them. Construction and renovation throughout the property causing my room/hallway to the room to smell like strong paint. Unclean room, hair in all towels and sheets, bathroom sink/countertop, clumps of hair in the shower, did not look like anything was wiped down, headboard of the bed was disgusting (this is also where the light switch is for the room), TV remote was sticky, visible dirt and debris in the rugs and corners of the entire room. To top it all off, on my last night staying in this hotel, there was a VISIBLE bug on the bed that resembled a small bed bug! I couldn’t sleep and immediately got out of the bed. I will now be severely disinfecting all of my stuff + throwing out everything that can’t be washed. I would NOT stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. For the price I paid to stay here, absolutely NOT worth it! Regretting not spending the extra $100-$200 to stay somewhere with a higher rating."

"My room was very nice, clean, and spacious. I stayed overnight because I had to work in the office on Monday and Tuesday this week. I was looking forward to relaxing and taking a float in the pool after work on Monday but the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The floor of the pool was extremely dirty and there was clear mildew or something floating on the pool surface. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t use the pool. So I went back to my room and was able to log into my Netflix and relax the rest of the night. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice but I had to grab something and go due to having to be in the office early and there were no takeout containers that I could put anything in, so I just put my choices on a paper plate and covered with another and took it with me."
