"Personale eccellente, disponibile e cortese. Le stanze pulite in ordine, letto comodo, servizi non ho avuto la possibilità di provarli visto che ho utilizzato la struttura d'inverno. Una nota per diventare "extra" e più eco friendly ridurre l'utilizzo della plastica nelle stanze."

The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. "Tip: try to get a room facing the Adriatic sea. The views are amazing, especially of the sunsets. Pro tip: if your budget allows, definitely try to get the presidential suite. There is more than one. The staff could not be more friendly or attentive. Amenities are amazing. The Atrium library is not to be missed. Best hotel I ever stayed at!"

"Stayed the night before an early morning flight to Frankfort. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly at check in and in the restaurant. The desk ordered us a taxi for the next morning. The food in the restaurant was very good. It was quite busy for dinner. There is an Aldi close by as well if you need a grocery store. The train from Trieste central to the hotel was less than 4 Euro per person on a Saturday. The airport is close to the hotel but a taxi from the train station at the airport...

"This is a case of false advertising. There is no private beach access, no sandy beach as represented, no garden, no pool (lukewarm hot tub in indoor spa area only). It's across the street from a waterfront with boulders and public fence to climb for access. No provided towels or chairs for sunbathing on the rocks. There is a beach club 5 minutes down the road that rents chair/towel and"

We didn’t take advantage of their spa facilities unfortunately as we did not have time, but it was easy to find the hotel and had good parking. The breakfast here was fantastic ! Es war sehr ruhig, der Ausblick auf eine 1 m entfernte Mauer.Immerhin hatte das lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer ein Kingsize Bett. Annehmlichkeiten gab es keine! Beim Checkin war es, dem Mitarbeiter wichtiger, WhatsApp zu schreiben, als uns über das Procedere im Hotel hinzuweisen! Das Frühstück war mehr als schlicht. Die Lage in Triest hat als weiteres entschädigt Preisleistung für dieses...

"The room was very clean. It is a vintage hotel - built in 1801 if we remember correctly. Small elevator (3 people only) but it works. Sometimes you have to wait a bit. Good continental breakfast. Excellent service and staff. Always helpful."
