Managers and owners Giacomo and Paola are both fantastic. Giacomo in particular was a superstar, passionately speaking about the wines of the winery and the region, giving us great restaurant recommendations and really going above and beyond with a smile. "The check-in process was a bit ludicrous lacking front desk (reception) staff that had to be coordinated for every move, even to pick up and drop off our car. The shower in our room not only barely had water coming out but there was "limited" hot water to shower with during the winter months (December), that for a medium hair length woman, not enough hot water to wash the hair. Gabriella, the housekeeping lady was the one thing we enjoyed about our stay. "

Very hard to find the entrance Due to our flight, we got there at around 9:30 pm. and everything was dark, rang the doorbell & we were told we should had arrived before 6:00 pm. In the AM we were locked in & was very hard to find a way to get out as no one is around if you need anything."

Inoltre dovevamo pagare in struttura invece ci è stato addebbitato tutto la mattina dell' arrivo. Non professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura all' interno e le camere molto belle"
