"Now there is a problem with checking in. While waiting in car line to debaggage, multiple guests went around and checked in ahead of you. Also a guest should be able to get a luggage cart; Even if they have to leave an ID to expedite, check it in or checkout, it was the same process. You're in a line and older people plus people hanging around the desk were able to check out in advance while you're still in line. Also door and wall area on first floor need paint and upgrade near docks"
